SHIPPING / DELIVERY
- Customers are
responsible for providing a full valid address for
delivery. Customers are responsible for getting mail
forwarding if they are moving.
- Customers must include
a full address including apartment number as applicable.
- All items are shipped
FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global
Shipping.
- EuroLad.com
packages will be delivered by either
USPS or by DHL. A signature is required for the
package. If no one is home, the package can be picked up
at the post office (bring ID).
- After payment is
received it will go through a 48-72 hour processing
period which starts the following business day. Once the
Processing Phase is complete, please allow 3-4 weeks for
arrival of merchandise.
- Customers will receive
an email from EuroLad.com when their order is
processed and shipped.
- All products are
shipped from Hong Kong or China unless they are
available on hand.
- Shipping is $10.00 per
item ordered, unless specified.
- EuroLad.com will
never ship COD.
- Due to the amount of
fraudulent orders we have been receiving we will ONLY
ship to credit card holders address, thank you for your
understanding..
RETURN POLICY

EuroLad.com does NOT
offer refunds on any products purchased, Exchanges can
be made on defective or damaged merchandise, we do not
offer color or style exchanges see below.
- Acceptable
reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong
color/size was sent, or any mistake made on the part of
EuroLad.com.
- Unacceptable
reasons for an exchange: colors are darker/lighter than
pictured, item had minor color differences from the
picture, item does not fit (see below for more info), I
would rather have a different item.
- Customers are required
to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if
they need to make an exchange.
- No refunds on
any orders placed.
- If the error is not
made on the part of EuroLad.com, the customer is
responsible for a $35 restocking fee per item.
- If you refuse the
arrival of your package, you will not receive your money
back because the product will not come back to us. No
further explanation or negotiations in regard to this
matter.
- All clothing items
should be dry cleaned or hand washed ONLY! we do
not accept returns for clothing damaged because of
washing.

Due to the amount of fraudulent orders we have received
Money Orders and Checks may be subject to 15-30 day
clearing period.

all), there may be a customs charge applied to your
package.
- Buyer is responsible
for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your
package, we have no idea what these costs amount to. By
purchasing with us, you must abide to all customs fees
which we cannot control. If you refuse the arrival of
your package, you will not receive your money back
